1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Polyclash. By using the Site or Platform, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.2 Access to the Site is restricted for users residing in jurisdictions where event-based trading is prohibited. Polyclash reserves the right to deny or restrict access based on geographical location or regulatory compliance.
1.3 Users may not access the Site or Platform via VPNs, proxy servers, or any other tools intended to obscure their location to bypass restrictions.
2.1 Registration: To engage with the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate information. Failure to provide truthful details may result in account termination.
2.2 Account Verification: We may require identity verification to comply with legal obligations, including AML and CTF regulations. Users who fail to comply may have their accounts suspended.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. Polyclash is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
3.1 Users can create and participate in event-based trades. All markets are subject to Polyclash's approval and oversight.
3.2 Market Rules: Each market will specify conditions for participation, settlement, and deadlines. Users must adhere to these rules, which may be updated periodically.
3.3 Market Integrity: Users may not engage in market manipulation, including but not limited to collusion, data falsification, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
4.1 Polyclash will resolve markets based on publicly available data and internal verification processes. Our decisions regarding market outcomes are final and binding.
4.2 Resolution Delay: Market resolutions may be delayed due to external factors. Polyclash is not liable for losses due to delayed settlements.
4.3 Voiding Markets: We reserve the right to void, suspend, or adjust markets if there is evidence of manipulation, errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Third-Party Resolution: In certain cases, Polyclash may use independent third-party data providers or experts to verify and resolve market outcomes. We retain discretion to rely on third-party information when internal verification is inconclusive.
4.5 Specific Market Types:
(a) Sports Markets: For sports-related trades, outcomes are determined based on official governing body data. This includes, but is not limited to, game results, player statistics, and other relevant information. For example, a basketball market outcome will rely on the final score published by the respective league.
(b) Political Markets: Political event outcomes are resolved based on official government announcements or verified media outlets. If a result is contested or delayed, Polyclash reserves the right to pause or extend market resolution until official confirmation is available.
(c) Injury Markets: For markets related to player injuries, official team statements or league injury reports will determine the resolution.

2.1. Markets will be settled based on the official results as published by the official governing body of the relevant basketball event (e.g., NBA, NCAA, FIBA) or a recognized authority.
2.2. Unless otherwise specified, the result at the conclusion of regulation time, including any overtime played, will determine settlement.
2.3. If an official result is not available within 48 hours of the event's conclusion, Polyclash may, at its sole discretion, settle the market based on the best available information.
2.4. Once a market is settled, all decisions are final and cannot be reversed unless there has been a clear error in settlement, as determined by Polyclash.
3.1. Polyclash reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any market at any time without prior notice.
3.2. If a basketball game is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled and does not take place within 48 hours of the original start time, Polyclash may void the market unless specified otherwise.
3.3. If a market is voided, all stakes will be refunded to participants.
3.4. Polyclash may declare a market void if there is evidence of irregular activity, technical issues, or any other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the market.
4.1. Point-Based Markets: Settled based on the officially recorded score, including overtime unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Player Performance Markets: The player must participate in the game for bets to stand. If a player does not participate, affected bets may be voided at Polyclash's discretion.
4.3. Series or Tournament Markets: Markets on multi-game events are settled based on the official winner of the series or tournament.
4.4. Statistical Markets: Settled based on the official box score or statistical record provided by the governing body.
5.1. Polyclash reserves the right to correct or void any market affected by obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, market descriptions, or outcomes.
5.2. If an error is identified after settlement, Polyclash reserves the right to adjust or reverse the settlement as necessary.
6.1. Users must not engage in any form of market manipulation, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
6.2. Any attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities or circumvent market rules may result in the forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
6.3. Polyclash reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including the voiding of affected markets.
7.1. All decisions regarding market settlement, interpretation of these rules, and any disputes are at the sole discretion of Polyclash.

7.3. By participating in basketball markets on Polyclash, users expressly acknowledge and accept that Polyclash holds the ultimate authority on all market-related matters.
1.1. All soccer markets on Polyclash are subject to these rules and the overarching Polyclash Terms & Conditions. By participating in any soccer-related market, users agree to be bound by these rules.

2.1. Markets will be settled based on the official results as published by the official governing body of the relevant soccer event (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, domestic leagues) or a recognized authority.
2.2. Unless otherwise specified, the result at the conclusion of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time) will determine settlement. Extra time and penalty shootouts will not be considered unless explicitly stated.
2.3. If an official result is not available within 48 hours of the event's conclusion, Polyclash may, at its sole discretion, settle the market based on the best available information.
2.4. Once a market is settled, all decisions are final and cannot be reversed unless there has been a clear error in settlement, as determined by Polyclash.
3.1. Polyclash reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any market at any time without prior notice.
3.2. If a soccer match is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled and does not take place within 48 hours of the original start time, Polyclash may void the market unless specified otherwise.

4.2. Goal Scorer Markets: The player must participate in the match for bets to stand. If a player does not participate, affected bets may be voided at Polyclash's discretion.
4.3. Tournament Markets: Markets on multi-game events are settled based on the official winner of the tournament.
4.4. Statistical Markets: Settled based on the official match report or statistical record provided by the governing body.
5.1. Polyclash reserves the right to correct or void any market affected by obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, market descriptions, or outcomes.
5.2. If an error is identified after settlement, Polyclash reserves the right to adjust or reverse the settlement as necessary.

4.3. Retirements and Walkovers: If a player retires or is disqualified, markets may be voided unless an outcome has already been determined without doubt.
4.4. Tournament Markets: Markets on multi-match events are settled based on the official winner of the tournament.
4.5. Statistical Markets: Settled based on the official match report or statistical record provided by the governing body.

Settled based on official election results as published by recognized governmental bodies or reputable media outlets.
If an election or event is delayed or canceled, Polyclash reserves the right to void the market unless an outcome is determined beyond doubt.
Settled based on the most credible and authoritative source relevant to the market (e.g., awards ceremonies, TV broadcasts, official announcements).
If an event is inconclusive, canceled, or disputed, Polyclash will use its discretion to settle or void the market.
Markets not fitting conventional categories will be governed by their unique descriptions. Settlement will be based on the most reliable and available information.
5.1 Market odds on Polyclash are derived using proprietary algorithms that factor in public information, market demand, and risk assessment.
5.2 Dynamic Pricing: Odds may fluctuate before a market closes due to new information or changes in trading volume. Users agree that odds displayed at the time of trade execution are final.
5.3 Settlement Adjustments: In cases of technical errors leading to incorrect odds or payouts, Polyclash reserves the right to adjust settlements to reflect the accurate market price.
6.1 Users must fund their accounts through approved payment methods. Deposits must be fully wagered before withdrawals are permitted.
6.2 Polyclash may withhold or reverse transactions if we suspect illegal activity. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to the original funding source.
6.3 Administrative Fees: Dormant accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee of $10. This fee applies after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
7.1 Data Collection: We collect personal and transactional data, including but not limited to identification, trading activity, payment methods, and device information.
7.2 Data Use: Collected data is used for service delivery, compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your information to third parties.
7.3 User Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance.
8.1 Users may not:
(a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
(b) Circumvent geographic or security restrictions.
(c) Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities.
(d) Misrepresent their identity or location.
8.2 Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension, market voiding, or reporting to regulatory authorities.
9.1 Arbitration Agreement: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Panama.
9.2 Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or arbitration.
9.3 Reporting Disputes: Users must report disputes via support@polyclash.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
10.1 Polyclash provides the Site and Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
(a) Interruptions or service errors.
(b) Financial losses due to user actions.
(c) External factors affecting market resolution.
10.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount held in the user's account at the time of the dispute.
11.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
